What are the benefits of creating my own online store with Printify?
The benefits are that you don’t have to worry about buying stock, shipping the product, and the design process in general because all you have to do is upload your design onto the Printify product of your choice and drag it into place. Yes, it’s that simple.
And the disadvantages?
The disadvantages are that you don’t get to keep all the profits, and you have no control over the shipping times.
How much does it cost to set up?
Nothing. Like eBay, you only pay for what you sell and the delivery costs.
What will I need to get started?

Never fear. You can turn your WordPress site into an eCommerce store by installing a plugin. Most of those listed above will have one.
A payment gateway
You’ll also want to have a PayPal account to manage your payments. You probably got one when you first signed up to eBay.
You may have your own designs, which should have transparent backgrounds (png) or you can use stock images from a reputable vendor. And only if you have purchased an extended licence. Never grab images off the internet and start adding them to your own merch! Alternatively, you can have someone do designs for your, if you can’t do them yourself. Try Fiverr, Dribbble or Behance.
How do I sign up for an account?
It’s easy to sign up an account. Just a couple of sign up questions and your email and password is required.,
You will need to prove a PayPal balance or set up a credit/debit card to pay for production of orders. You can set an initial PayPal of 1-2 dollars.
How much can I make?
You can make a profit of around 40% per item, depending on the price. For example, this Tri-blend T-shirt retail price is set to a default of $19.98, so your profit will be around $7.83, which isn’t too bad. How easy is it to create my designs?
Super easy. You can upload your image, in seconds, directly onto design template. This is one image of a daisy .png cloned twice.
Any image you upload will be saved to your “My Files” media library.
You can also add your design to the back of the t-shirt.
Once you have saved your design, you can select a mock-up to display on the product page of your eCommerce site.
You can change the description and product title, and also have the option of adding the size table to the description.
How do I publish my merch to my online store?
Connect to your store by adding the web link (URL) of your eCommerce site.
Note that you need to be logged into your store and provide your exact domain, e.g mywebsite.com not, mywebsite.com/shop
Once you have connected to your store, select publish.
Can I edit the product after listing it?
Yes, including the price.
How it works with WooCommerce
Any product you publish will automatically be pulled into the product page of your Woocommerce store. This includes, the product description. You may have to do some additional edits, like category and tag amends. Also, delete any product images from the gallery, if you don’t want a product display like the one shown below:
